How often your office actually needs cleaning
From 2 visits a week to 5: pick frequency by headcount, bathrooms and kitchenette.
A 10-person office with one bathroom and a kitchenette can work with 2 visits a week if someone wipes the table at lunch. A 40-desk open space with 3 bathrooms needs at least 3, usually 5 — otherwise smell and bins set culture more than the values on the wall.
Daily: bins, bathrooms, counters, traffic floors, dishes left in the sink. Twice a week: shelf dusting, interior glass, details. Monthly: large glass, radiators, storage rooms.
